Neha Pradhan Arora
Neha has worked in the education and development sector for close to 20 years towards building safer, inclusive, and resilient communities. Using dialogue and experiential tools with children, young adults, and schools to build their capacities towards becoming responsible leaders for their own communities is what drives her.
Jasmine Bhatia
A communications professional and creative arts facilitator, Jasmine firmly believes in empowerment through awareness. As a social service enthusiast, Jasmine has been actively working in the development sector for almost 5 years. In 2018, she also founded Vrikshaala, a life skill training program for children, by mobilizing and training a group of women.
A development sector enthusiast, Sanjna comes with a rich background of collaborating with governmental and non-governmental organizations on various aspects of community mobilization, public health and livelihood. During her 2-year tenure as a Gandhi Fellow in Jharkhand, she has engaged with diverse target groups and actively supported tribal communities. Sanjna firmly upholds the values of equity and strives to foster an inclusive environment.
An accounting expert, Mr M.C Joseph, retired from Loreto Convent School (New Delhi) in February 2018 after completing 32 years of service. Having finance management as his forte, he led all the accounting, payroll and tax-related work there. He has also worked with other charitable institutions In New Delhi.

Anamika has 20 years of experience in the development sector. Her expertise lies in bringing the best out of people in an organisation by setting up effective organisational systems and processes that enable teams to work towards their goal. She is passionate about working with vulnerable women and children and helping build a safer world.
Mousumi Nag has close to 3 decades of experience working in the field of advertising and marketing. Over the years she strengthened a specialisation in Corporate Communications and has worked with clients in the health, pharmaceutical, real estate, finance, manufacturing and development sector. She is currently Managing Director and partner of Connect, a corporate communications firm she set up in 2017.
Anandroop’s career of close to 15 years is marked by a diverse range of contributions, encompassing Human Capital Management, Leadership Development, Strategy and Policy Planning and Organizational Development interventions in diverse sectors, including IT, Non-Profit Organizations, and Education Management. She is currently the Associate Director of Human Resources at the William J. Clinton Foundation in India, responsible for guiding the strategic direction of HR operations, including talent management, organizational development, and HR systems.

Joyita has close to 20 years of experience in the development sector, a large part of it working on child protection and gender-based violence issues. She is a passionate seeker of social justice who believes that collective partnerships are essential to achieving impactful and scalable solutions to complex social issues.

Ramanujam brings more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience across media, real estate, technology & research. In his most recent roles at data.ai and Comscore, he has been responsible for growing their revenues in India. Ramanujam holds an engineering degree in Computer Science from BITS, Pilani and an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and is currently Country Lead - India for data.ai
Richa Mohanty Rao has over 13 years of extensive experience in various aspects of employment law and is currently a partner at the Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas firm. She is also currently a member of a Special Taskforce on Employee Relations, at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CH), Northern Region.
